It is from this image that 91Ö±²¥ of Rome’s Family Association takes its name:ÌýLUPA.Ìý

Ìý

At AUR, this symbolism resonates naturally. Each student arrives in Rome with ambition and curiosity, but also with a network of support behind them,Ìýparents and families who have encouraged them to pursue an education across borders. LUPA acknowledges that roleÌýnotÌýas peripheral, but as part of the wider fabric of the AUR experience. It offers a way to recognize, connect, and gently involve families in the life of the university, without overextending expectations or obligations.Ìý

Ìý

Rather than a single initiative, LUPA is conceived as a framework,Ìýone that brings together existing touchpoints such as orientation, communications, and events into a more cohesive and visible experience for families. Over time, it will create opportunities for parents to engage with the university in ways that feel natural: staying informed, connecting with one another, and, whereÌýappropriate, contributing their perspectives and support.Ìý

Ìý

At its core, LUPA is about connection. It reflects the understanding that the AUR journey extends beyond the individual student, encompassing a global community of families whoÌýshare inÌýthat experience. As the university enters a new phase of growth, LUPA offers a simple but meaningful way to bring those families closerÌý-Ìýstrengthening the sense of community that defines AUR, while supporting the students at its heart.Ìý
